Meliodas Catori Okami Scindian, 21, is wanted for repeatedly shooting at someone inside a vehicle in Woodbridge on Friday, May 6, according to Prince William County Police.
Scindian is described as a Black male, standing 5'8," weighing 132 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, police said.
A victim said Scindian fire multiple gunshot towards their vehicle while approaching Neabsco Mills Road on Dale Boulevard.
The victim then tried repeatedly to rear-end and disable Scindian's vehicle, but he fire more shots and hit the victim's car.
The shots disabled the victim's car and they pulled over and contacted police. No injuries or property damage was reported. The investigation is ongoing.
